Caterpillars and Butterflies

The children in Áthas had great fun learning about caterpillars and butterflies this week. We read The Very Hungry Caterpillar in English, used playdough to explore the story, observed real caterpillars in science and made printed creations in art. 
We had lots of fun!

Ocean Studies in Athas

The children in Áthas have been exploring and leanring about the ocean. We looked at sea creatures, learned about their ocean habitats and listened to the sounds they make. We expanded our vocabulary and learned lots! We also enjoyed ocean themed sensory play annd art.
