1st Class went on an Autumn hunt outside in exploration of deciduous trees.
We found evidence of Oak trees, Horse Chestnut trees, Beech trees and Sycamore trees while out on our walk!
The children collected leaves, horse chestnuts, helicopter seeds and a few other items and investigated them and matched them to the trees we were learning about. The children loved discovering the conkers inside the horse chestnuts!
