– “Kindness, it costs nothing, but means everything” –
There was great spirits and big smiles around the school as we celebrated Kindness week. Classes came up with individual ‘Kindness Contracts’, children made beautiful kindness cards which they shared with friends and family. The children had the opportunity to earn Dojo points for being kind on yard. An example of further activities was SI/Rang 1 completed an egg experiment to demonstrate how compliments and kind deeds lift someone – a fantastic visualisation of how kindness impacts people for the children to see!
