Here are some of the activities pupils got up to for Maths Week 2024. From trails and exploring shapes to measuring the yard, our maths eyes were busy!

Naul national school took 1st place in the Killossery Lodge Inter-school’s Competition. The event took place over the weekend. A huge well done to our winner, we are all very proud! Thanks to our SNA Sarah who facilitated our school taking part.

The school was a sea of colour today to mark Goal Jersey Day. Many teams were represented and the kids enjoyed showing off their club and county colours. Thanks to everyone for their generous donations, and thanks to Ms. Carney for organising.        

We had our first assembly of the school year. We marked SNA Appreciation Day by presenting our hard working SNA’s with a token of our appreciation. The children from Seomra Sonas and 2nd Class made their First Confession on Tuesday 12th of March. It was a special occasion and the children did fantastic. They are now looking forward to making their First Holy Communion in May.

Check out our lovely Gingerbread houses we made in 2nd class. We recycled old milk cartons to make these. The children put in lots of effort over a few weeks!
