We had our annual Christmas Show yesterday in Clann Mhuire. It was a fantastic display of all the wonderful talent in our school. We hope you enjoyed it! Merry Christmas!          

Check out our lovely Gingerbread houses we made in 2nd class. We recycled old milk cartons to make these. The children put in lots of effort over a few weeks!

Áthas had great fun studying penguins this term. We looked at their diet and habitat. We also looked at the physical features of the adults and the baby penguins. The children enjoyed creating different pieces of art inspired by penguins. 

  5th and 6th class thoroughly enjoyed the trip to Croke Park. The children came up with innovative windmill designs. Well done!  

  The children had a great time on Friday showing off their wonderful Halloween costumes. Below is a snippet of some of the wonderful costumes on show. We hope everyone has a spooky and safe Halloween! ò

Aodhan from Heritage Ireland came to visit. He had very interesting artefacts from irish history and told many interesting stories. The children loved his visit. We also made lovely Halloween wreaths.    

We were all amazed at the wonderful pumpkins. Such imagination! Well done eveyone.

Great fun was had last week as the school participated in Maths Week 2023. There were maths stations, maths trails and older pupils supporting younger pupils. Everyone really enjoyed it! Below is just a snap shot of some of the activities.

The current Active School Committee. The Active School Committee is made up of a group of students. There is one representative from each class.
